Volunteer Coordinator:
Contact all volunteers applying for the festival, schedule and place volunteers as requested or needed. Maintain and manage the entire volunteer crew starting Thursday and ending on Monday. Set meetings prior to the Festival for training and handling all volunteer inquires. Work closely with the Event Manager to secure and satisfy all needs at the festival. Hotel accommodations provided for this position throughout the festival if needed. A resume is also required and must be emailed to

Street Team:
We need active team players to help us spread the word of this year’s festival this will involve posting flyers in public locations where permitted, passing out information and answering questions at multiple local events in a booth format and at venues. Also posting festival information provided to you by the festival on all event listings in publications and other media formats in Colorado
Site Crew:
These volunteers will assist in setting up and tearing down the Festival. These volunteers would ideally be available on the Thursday before and the Monday after Irish Fest, as well as immediately after closing on Sunday night. Some lifting and use of tools may be required.
Admission Gate:
Welcome folks to the festival, take tickets, give out festival programs/maps, answer questions about the festival in general. Outgoing friendly faces are needed here :)
Volunteer Check-In / Lost & Found:
Right at the heart of the volunteers, you'll check volunteers in, direct them to where they need to be, and keep track of everyone that shows up, being able to redirect if some areas look short on help. This also involves some housekeeping: keeping the tent tidy, serving refreshments for the volunteers, keeping the coolers stocked with cold water. Lost and Found services for lost items and missing parents (we all know the kids are never lost!).
Maintenance Crew: Be responsible for continuous grounds maintenance picking up trash and dropped items, turning in lost articles to Lost & Found, cleaning any areas requiring service directed by the Volunteer Coordinator, overall vigilance on keeping the festival grounds sparkling!
Stage Crew: Work directly underneath Stage Manager(s) assisting sound and lighting in putting together and taking apart all systems installed for the Festival. Thursday and Monday help will be required, heavy lifting involved. Assist in backline changes and handling musician’s instruments and needs. Experience preferred in stage services but not required. The stage manager will contact you directly if you apply for this position
Kids Area:
Help with crafts, games, storytelling, applying temporary tattoos. Liking kids is preferred – teenagers are welcome to volunteer in this area.
Festival Merchandise / Info:
Selling festival T-shirts, hats, posters and assorted Irish/Celtic themed items. Also would serve as additional information point with festival programs and maps.
Festival Entertainment / VIP Security:
You will be responsible for maintaining security for the entertainers Green Room area, dining area and backstage. Four individuals needed per shift, experience preferred, background check may be requested, a resume also needs to be provided. Email resume to

Ambassador:
Enjoy the festival, walk around the grounds greeting and thanking patrons for attending, offer to assist with information, directions to stages or exhibits, provide assistance any if requested.
Shuttle Driver:
Operate 6 passenger electric carts providing shuttle services from the festival parking lots to main gate and inside the festival grounds at shuttle stops. Offer help on information requested, greet and thank the patrons for attending. You must be 21years or older for this position. A copy of your motor vehicle record must also be submitted. This will be turned into the Volunteer Coordinator 30 days prior to the festival in order to be approved for this position.
Rugby/Hurling Groundskeeper
Maintain and keep the field of play in good condition, light raking in areas, trash pick up and overall maintenance as needed. Assist rugby and hurling teams with any requests……..
And more..... you can always volunteer for the Help Needed Most if you are not sure what to do.... just please, volunteer :)
