Can I bring my dog?
Only service animals are allowed at the Rocky Mountain Irish Festival.

Can I bring my picnic basket/cooler?
Sorry, but no. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. We will have plenty to eat and drink inside Festival grounds though!

Can I bring my folding chairs and/or blanket?

Folding chairs and blankets are allowed, you may bring your own chair but will need to sit in the "chair zone" which will be marked for your convenience and will be to the back area of main stage. We will be providing large tents for shade for those who wish to step out of the sun for a bit and complimentary picnic tables will be set up inside the shade tents.

 Can I wear my kilt?
Absolutely! Traditional Irish attire is encouraged (though not required), we do ask that all attendees dress appropriately.

Can I bring a knife or sword?
No knives, swords or other weapons will be allowed into Rocky Mountain Irish Festival grounds (even if it is part of a traditional Irish costume/outfit).  

What if it rains?
LET IT RAIN! While we hope it won't.... our Festival is now RAINPROOF being located at The Ranch so don't let a few clouds discourage your festival plans! 

 When is the Festival Open?
The Festival begins Friday August 26, 2011 from 12pm until 12am. On Saturday August 27 the Festival will be open from 11am until 12am and then on Sunday August 28 from 10am until 10pm

 How do I become a vendor?
Go to the Menu and click on 2010 Vendors to download and application and to learn more of the Vendors opportunities at the Rocky Mountain Irish Festival.

 Can I volunteer to help at Rocky Mountain Irish Festival?

Where should I stay?
The Embassy Suites Hotel is the Official Lodging Partner for the Rocky Mountain Irish Festival and located right next to the Festival grounds. Go to Festival Info then click on Lodging for more information and to make reservations. Please mention the Rocky Mountain Irish Festival when making your reservations.

Where can I park?

Parking is available right at The Ranch with multiple locations to suit you, the Festival will also be providing shuttle service on electric carts from your vehicle parking area to the main Festival gates.


Are shoes and shirts required?

Yes, bare feet feel good on grass and sun rays warm the soul but for your safety and the comfort of all attendees shoes and shirts are required at the Festival. Also no skateboards, roller blades or bicycles will be allowed on Festival grounds but we will provide bicycle racks for you at the main Festival entrance.
