The Rocky Mountain Irish Festival brings a magnificent cultural event for the entire family. It’s an event with rich history and culture showcasing musicians, dancers, pipers, storytellers and so much more including the John F. Kennedy Presidential Exhibit which includes over 350 carefully selected JFK related items showcasing personal items owned by the President all from a private collection of over 21,000 JFK items. You will see the replica of Presidents Kennedy’s 1961 Lincoln convertible which was made from the original blueprints for JFK’s car as delivered to the White House in June of 1961.
Treat yourself to stories of famous Irish actors, authors, from freedom fighters to brewers and saints. Warm your heart and soul with Irish storytellers while nourishing your appetite with fabulous Irish food.
Enjoy a freshly poured pint of Guinness from the world famous “Gig Rig” boasting thirty two taps offering Guinness, Harps and Smithwicks. Take in a professional whiskey tasting scheduled through out the weekend.
Watch the fast paced excitement of hurling and rugby exhibition or stroll into the world of “Animals from Ireland” exhibit.

"RUGBY BORDER WARS"
Between Colorado State University and the University of Wyoming plays out of Friday August 27th. Someone will take home the coveted "Harp Trophy" until year two returns. Come cheer on and support your favorite school in this spectacular sporting event! Friday is also COLLEGE DAY so college students with valid college ID's pay only $10.00 for admission
For the first time ... the Rocky Mountain Irish Festival is bringing the nationally acclaimed JFK Presidential Exhibit to our state. This is a private collection of over 350 memorabilia pieces including the personal items of JFK, his presidential cufflinks made by Tiffany's of New York, a white cardigan sweater given to him by Jackie, 1960 campaign materials; letters from Ted Kennedy, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Rose Kennedy and the presidential assistant that served both Lyndon B. Johnson

| and Hubert H. Humphrey. The official Vice Presidential seal that hung over the VP offices of Johnson and Humphrey is a part of this exhibit. Also included is an exact replica made from blueprints of the 1961 Lincoln Limousine that served JFK from 1961-63. This replica has appeared in 4 movies to date.This exhibit will be in the Exhibition Hall along with the Irish Music Archives Exhibit, and the Sloinnte na hÉireann (Surnames Of Ireland) Exhibit of Clann Ó hAnnáin-O’Hannon.
