Hi John,
Congratulations on a successful Irish Festival! I saw the write up and pictures in the Coloradoan, they showed everyone having a good time. From what I saw Saturday and Sunday, everyone was in the Irish spirit, dancing, shopping, eating and just having a grand time. The bands did a great job involving the audience. All my friends that went truly enjoyed the event and all look forward to next year.

Hello,
I enjoyed the festival and thank you for it. The atmosphere was great, and I hope the festival did well on its numbers. I loved the chance to see Eileen Ivers and Immigrant Soul, and the Fuchsia Band was the treasured find of the show. For me you could balance a bit back towards the traditional bands, and perhaps showcase some smaller local bands, but I liked who I saw. I will count on this next year…..

Great job on the Irish Festival – a few glitches that need to be worked out but all in all Saturday was a grand old day. Loved the music especially the Fuchsia Band – hopefully you can get them back next year. Juice O’ The Barley and Ceol Ceili bands were great – actually they all were. It would be nice to have more bands like the Fuchsia Band – Irish bands direct from Ireland made my sister and I homesick for Boston. But just wanted to write to tell you that you and your staff did a good job!

What a grand hooley you threw this weekend! I had a fantastic time, and was very impressed with the variety of musical acts you put together. Some were familiar to me, but some I have never heard of before and I would love to say that The Fuchsia Band was the biggest surprise and delight of the weekend. They were incredible! Great Fest. Fantastic music line-up. Good folks and nice mix of vendors. I saw some folks I knew from sessions in Colorado and from other fests. Very Cool. I loved the little touches like the fest themed temporary tattoos. All your staff and volunteers were friendly and helpful. Next year should be even greater.

I think you did a marvelous job of putting on the festival. The entertainers I spoke with said they have never been treated so well. Congrats! The people who encountered The Leprechaun indicated they were having a good time, as did the Leprechaun himself. Thank you for allowing The Leprechaun to perform at the first Irish Festival in Fort Collins. I certainly had fun mixing with the guests. I think the city has enough Irish to support your efforts for many years to come.

Great music, great vendors, great people to work with – great start to a new Fort Collins tradition! We think this was one of the best organized, and more importantly, one of the very best executed festivals that we have been invited to participate in. Since we are neither a vendor nor a stage act, we sometimes fall into the cracks once we agree to bring the Gypsy wagon and horses. Not so with your Festival – you addressed all the needs of our horses from the very beginning, and treated us well to boot! We really enjoyed the festival and are delighted that you and your team worked so hard to carry it off – you can be justifiably proud of your success. I know it will be bigger and better next year, and we look forward to being a part of it again!
